Evaluating bee pollinators in urban gardens

Denver Urban Gardens and CSU are partnering to learn about Denver's native pollinators. The Denver Pollinator Project is an interactive citizen science monitoring project through a PhD Ecology project at Colorado State University.  The goal of the project is to understand the relationship between bee distribution in Denver, human nutrition, and urban community gardens.

We've added another workshop!

You've been hearing all sorts of things in the media about disappearing pollinators around the world.   Do you want to learn more about what is really happening and become a part of scientific research project that looks at these issues?

Join us on Saturday, June 20th, from 10AM to 12PM to learn about the importance and status of pollinators, how you can increase pollinators in your garden, and how you can help study the abundance and diversity of bees throughout the city of Denver.
